Very nice work. The scratch-built seat is superb work, and the engine looks very realistic!

Looking very good. The F-34 76.2mm gun, is the white suppose to be ash as the guns were painted in 4BO green.

Be careful, here. I still have a color photo, which includes a lend lease Sherman next to a T34. The T34 is just a shade darker.

Sorry, but what does a Sherman color have to do with what the Russians painted there tanks in during WWII. 4BO was the offical Russian protective paint applied to all there tanks. I believe I know what picture your talking about. Color photos of the period are well know for there colorshift issues. 4BO is the correct color for Russian tanks.

Thank you guys!

But don't bother to be too much accurate: I'll use my personal shade of Russian green: 60% NATO green + 20% white +20% yellow

Thank you, again, my friends!

Edo, I use a similar mix for my scale 4BO. 60% Tamiya Field Grey(which is a green) and the same ratios, but with tan and yellow.

Hi friends!
Thank you all for the kind comments, and sorry for being so lazy in keeping in touch!
I have some more pictures to share, so let's start!

Now, the first one is just a tiny detail on the hull, but I'd like to share it with you nevertheless. It is the inside light, which I have remade with a melted red sprue from the spare box. The idea is to represent a red light inside the tank... what do you think? is it convincing? Now I am bracing myself, as I am sure someone of you, much more informed than me, will come up saying it should be white..

The next pictures are of the turret

As you can see I mixed up a bit the kit's decals... also I could not resist the temptation to use a red star on it (which I borrowed from a 1:72 Sukhoi SU-27)

Moving on the outside, here is the engine deck:

lastly, the wheels on the unhurt side..

This is all for now! I hope you'll enjoy!

ciao

That is some nice progress. I like the interior light. You have mastered the technique of rusty heat damage very well.

Tank and dio look fantastic and very inspiring!
Maybe it's just matter of light, but it seems that hands and faces look too pale and too "flat".

Thank you Marcin!
The lightining certainly is not very good, but you are right, hands and faces need touch ups...
thank you

Cool!

Great job on the wrecked T34 and the building (or rather what's left of it )

However, I must unfotunately point out that the figures are not nearly up to the general standard of the dio!

I'm sorry, but shading and weathering are not limited to tanks or bricks!

Cheers

Romain

Hey Romain!
no worries! I know my limits and I know thaat figures are not my strong point. However, I feel I have made a lot of progress so far: so just imagine how bad they looked last year! Nevertheless I'll work on it!
Thank you for the constructive feed back, my friend!

Greg: thank you, mate!
