Thanks Kimmo.

Tomorrow I am starting on the ground cover and roadway.

Tonight I am making small rocks that have fallen from the rock face

The base is finally finished. There are some pictures of the making of the base and then pictures of the finished base.

I am presently working on three figures to place on the base along with the model. Hopefully I will have them finished later next week.

As always, your questions and comments are welcome.

Okay, here is the finished build. I finally got the figures finished and mounted with the Halftrack. I am pleased with the final product.

If anybody has any questions about the base or figures, feel free to ask.

Thanks to all who followed this build and commented.

Dave,
What a great topic. I really enjoyed following your progress and learned so much from your very detailed descriptions.

I'm no expert but if you will allow me one minor critique: The roadway could probably use some vehicle wear. And oh yeah, watch out for the rubble police!

None-the-less; this is a top-notch, inspirational build. Congratulations!

Thanks Rick. I know previously you had commented that you liked halftracks. Here is another Halftrack, an M15A1 MGMC that I did last year.
