Here is my M561. Tamiya kit, built out of the box with the addition of the legions cargo set and tarp. I like this kit, It was really fun to build and the Legion's cargo set was the perfect touch

Nice!
It's Legend not "Legion" though...
Cheers,
Christophe

I like this! The soft top from Legend gives it a different look.

Thanks for the complements and the spelling corrections, its been a long week when I post the pictures. I have to say the kit was great, I had it built in a couple few hours, I think the camo took longer to paint. I hope to see some more aftermarket for it soon like a shelter for the bed for a ambulance or the a radar station.

Nice job Vince.
I've been thinking of getting a second one and maybe scratching an ambulance version out of it.
It is a nice build and your right, the camo takes longer than the build.

Well, the thread seems to move slowly, but.....
In the time since the last post, Perfect Scale Modellbau has released a conversion set that swaps the sqare engine cover for a rounded one, and adds canvas for cab and carrier.
Also, they have added an electronics shelter module for the carrier.
And, Tamiya has released the Ambulance version of the goat which adds covers to fore and aft, and maybe even the windshield braces that were overlooked among other items in the original M561 release.
Patience has virtues!

They also have a hardtop version, which has the same engine cover.
I've read elsewhere on Armorama that the engine covers come from the PSM full resin kit and don't fit the Tamiya kit.
Cheers,
