Received some pictures and an update from Terry Beal (owner, operator) of Castoff Models.

Finally, a correctly shaped (angled) CVR.(T) turret.

Resin tracks for your Scorpion or Scimitar.

Open front bins (with stowage inside) for your Chieftain model.

Order via his website.

Well done Terry, much needed items, keep up the great work mate.

Very impressive. How are the periscopes molded? Any chance of clear resin parts there?

The answer would be no.

Remember, most crews keep the little Green blinds pulled down on the inside to keep inside lights from showing out and help with reflection (not much help as the angled heads do most of that)..

The Green blinds giving the appearence of Green glass coloring.

If I only knew that a week ago... I think I overdid the greenish tint on my Scorpion's periscopes as I thought the glass was actually green.

Hi,

Thanks for the news, the products look great!

Anyone successfully ordered directly from Castoff lately?

I found so many horror stories on various modelling forums that I ended up ordering my Castoff items from Scale Link last time around (they were excellent by the way).

Cheers,

Christophe

Order directly from Terry, I do and pay via PayPal, he has been very quick to ship my stuff to the US.

Besides he and I served together in the same regiment (The Life Guards) and I would give him extra duties if he doesn't keep up his good work ethics and shipment requirements.
