Tamiya has announced this in 1/48. Maybe 1/35 to follow some day...year...?

1/48 scale airfield fuel trucks works well with 1/48 scale airplanes.

1/35 scale airfield fuel truck doesn't work well with much.

The truck was announced earlier this year, I think. There is a thread over on Track48 that claims Tamiya is releasing a 1/48 Achilles. Releases in this scale have slowed down lately, I say bring 'em on. In any case, we should see some interesting stuff come out of the show next month.

Hmmm....I didn't think of that! Was that type of tanker truck used for anything else other than fuel for aircraft such as fuel for other vehicles or tanks, or for water or other liquids. I'm really grasping here.

Tamiya's M-10 with a couple of new parts. Took them long enough!

You'll get no argument here. More than a few obvious variants in that line have gone unproduced.

And this is "NEW"? Meh! Mostly rehash with a couple of goodies thrown in. Interesting to see how much more expensive the 'Tamiya' Tasca tanks will be compared to the original 'Tasca' Tasca tanks were. (Or cheaper).

The advert says the Shermans are 4400 yen which is about USD43. That'd be nice...
