lol. I'll be damned too, or should be. in fitting the phone box to the rear plate it was too late to turn it right side up other than that, I never wanna see bolt heads ever again. they do look good tho. gonna turn out nmice when done.
Ha ha, I warned you about the bolts! But I do have to say you have inspired me to get the Legends M48A2 conversion. I have a spare Tamiya M48, fathers day is coming up and it would fill another niche in my collection.

yeah, tho the bolts were relatively easy to do. only lost a few. one thing I found, the turret rind on upper hull is bowed upward. w/out more surgery the turret won't sit flat. it's a shame really, as legend did a rather decent job with the rest of it, except where they located the pour plugs. inside they turret? really...?

Wow, that sucks, Legends and Blast are my go-to people for resin and update sets. Call or email, see if you can get a replacement?

might be a bit late to replace. the upper hull is complete, and I don't really wanna pull all that PE off. I could prolly file/scrape/shave the front/rear of the ring
as an aside, are there any related decals available. got some scraps here, but I kinda doubt modern soviet #s would be suitable for the turret
