Can you glue AFV Club tracks with super glue? If not, what's the best glue to use?

Yes I think you can, it worked for their centurion tracks. In fact I think that superglue is the only option, at least they are flexible enough to allow gluing with superglue.

I used superglue for the tracks from the 251 and the M5A1. It works fine. I placed the joint on the bottom of a road wheel.
