What are the two ( hyperbolic ) cylindrical things on the right side ?
These are bars for connection of sections:
No No --- Though thank you for that . My mind hadn't made it that far .
I'm asking about the 2 round things on the right side .. just a little up-and forward of those two unbelievable PE storage boxes you've created .

Dmitriy,
You are doing a fantastic job!
I originally started mine for the Super Heavy campaign but stopped because I could not find a picture showing the sprockets
I wanted to show it with one side being hoisted up and installed.
I will be using some of what you have shown for mine, I may not go as far as you have
but I have also found the picture I needed.
Cheers Rob.

I am posting this heavily cropped photo of the T-28 because this thread concerns itself so heavily with correcting the profile of the main super structure.
The particular sun angle in this photo I think, offers great reference on the correct shape of the front left corner of the casting.
Hope this helps in some small way. Mike

F.Y.I. is everyone aware that the discussion of these two items on the T-28 has moved off to create a life of its' own and can be viewed at:

Yes Michael, you are the only one - deal with it!)
(My vote is that they are windless cable drums but more on that at the link above.)

This is an amazing build! Almost seems a shame to cover up all that excellent super-detailing work with a boring Olive Drab paint scheme. Can't wait to see how it all turns out. I'm subscribing to this one!
