Hello everyone
The past few weeks I've been building and painting 5 Panther G from Plastic Soldier Company in 15mm (or 1/100)
If you would like to see some of the initial stages and painting, feel free to take a look on my blog :-)
Panzer March
Due to massive heat here in Denmark (probably not so bad for some of you, but as a scandinavian 30 degress celsius is just to much :-p) I haven't been able to get all of them finished yet. However I have painted one as a test vehicle and thought I would show you guys the result so far, again if you would like to see earlier stages browse the blog
I know I have done excessive chipping etc. but my reasoning is that these are meant for use playing Flames of War, so they are going to see a lot of action, so therefor the worn look :-D
Anyway comments are more than welcome
Chris

I like em, Yes the chipping is heavy but for what you are going to use them for they are perfect. Nice job over all, one of the better I have seen in this tiny scale. Enjoy the summer heat after all its only 30c and I am sure the humidity is not so bad.

Thanks Easy8 :-p
Actually it's around 80-90% humidity at the moment and will probably only get worse as the day progress ^^
I'm quite happy with how my test Panther turned out, now I just need to paint the other 4....

Love it. Iv put all my FoW panthers and panzer IVs on the backburner, and you have just inspired me finish them!
Quick question: For the dunkelgelb, who many shades of yellow did you use to get that effect?
PS, awesome blog

Awesome to hear I actually inpired you :-p
And for the dunkelgelb I used 4 shades
1. Dark Base
2. Dark Base + Light Base (1:1)
3. Light Base
4. Very light highlight
And basically the some process for each of the camo colours

1/100.....
I'm humbled. Very nice work, in a size/scale that I can only imagine working in.

Thanks Russel :-D
Yeah this scale is a lot different than 1/35, I did to a Panther in that scale some time ago (and again soon for the Panther campaign). So here's a little sizing shot
^^
