Very nice. Are all the Polish 2A5s being repainted?
Please post more if you are able to...including any tactical markings.

Any known reason for doing this ?
All the previous vehicles from German stocks sold to Poland have kept their original camo ... and the other equipment of Polish/Russian origin still have their own camo.
Might this be the new camp for everything now ?
Thankx for posting !
Cheers

It looks like it came from the factory that way. Note the I painted bolt heads and suck.
I'd imagine these are just the new specs for orders from the factory.

The 2A5s rolled into Poland from Germany on the tank trains in the Bundeswehr NATO camouflage but with the German markings removed. This is a fresh paint job after arrival in Poland.

Are you going to leave the original darker Brown spots under the front turret armor ?
Wouldn't "reflect" as strongly as the new Brown I would assume.
Thankx for the update !

Are there any color specifications (RAL or FS) for this colors?
CAD Images mean nothing.

It does not look too far off from FS30450 or RAL 1039-F9...Tamiya Buff XF-57?

Looks closer to Tamiya Dark Earth on my screen.
May need to pick up a Tamiya 2A5 and do this camo some time.

I had no plans to go to see the parade this year, but I think I just changed my mind...

It looks like in the third new image you posted one of the 2A5s has the older style side skirts and not the armoured side skirts. Can you confirm the old skirts are been kept?
The pics of the tanks on the tank train when they arrived in Poland show at least one 2A5 with the older sides skirts.
Dziękuję!

So now, when I finish my PzHaubitze 2000, one of these will be next ... the camp is very tempting ...think there are some polish decals in the Echelon European Leo set.
Thankx for posting ... the more the better !

Dziekuje Marcin,
Your 1054 looks beautiful

After watching those Leos and other Polish Army vehicles during the August 15 parade in Warsaw, I noticed that this new camo is now being applied to all vehicles, not just those tanks. Most of the vehicles already had the lighter brown in their camouflage, although there was still a few with the original NATO reddish brown.
