Good job on the paint. That's going to be a nice base for weathering.

Yes, well done... Looks like it was fun, and possibly a little nerve-wracking...

The casting effect shows up nicely under that complicated pattern. Great work.

Very nice job on that pattern, I agree it looked a little nerve wracking but it came out fantastic. Looking forward to see how you'll finish it up.

Hi Gents !

Well that is a little while since you havent had news from Karl, better late than never, right ! Here are some pictures of my progress.

The driver tub is still to be completed (no dashboard at the moment...), I have to add a buff weathering coat to the tracks and rollers, add 1 or 2 figures, paint the shell...

Comments welcome,

All the best,

Richard

Hi,

Here is a little update with the dashboard, that was kinda missing to drive such a wide load !!!

With the base coat :

And decals, spare 1/48 aircraft decals that set wit Furture on to depict the glass.

Thats it for today.

Richard, looks very nice. At the start you mentioned Friul tracks, did you go with those in the end, or are those the vinyl kit set? I'm sure this thing was treated like a baby, very well maintained, but probably got covered in a hell of a lot of dust. Truly "un convoi exceptionnel"!

Nice job with the paint and dashboard. She's coming along just fine.
