Just in time for those Cougar kits. This reference includes 402 files. They include the 6X6 JERRV, 6X6 Engineer Version, Short Wheel Base 4X4, Long Wheel Base 4X4, Interiors for each, and engine shots. Naturally the underside details are covered extensive, as is nearly all of the other details. There are even several interior shots of a combat loaded JERRV showing where and how the robots are stored.
I've just checked one of my Concord references - 72 pages at at average of three images per page. And it was $15.98 back in 1998.
Mine reference is still $14.99, and no pages to fall out. Those who know how to order, you know the deal. Those who don't - PM me.
No shipping, no tax, no gas spent running to the LHS.
Oh, a little bird tells me none of these versions will be wasted...

I've just added even more photos to this reference. Since there are kits coming out of the 4x4 and 6x6 versions, you will not be disappointed.
I've now added photos of the 4x4 with Gyro-Cam, which I had not previously seen.
Still a great deal at $14.99.

Are the vehicles featured all US ones? Would like to build an Italian army 6x6.
Thanks for your answer.
Cheers,
Christophe

Unfortunately all are US, both Army and Navy.
I have no idea what differs in an Italian version (probably interior layout if anything) but I'm confident the brake plumbing and underside details will remain the same.

I got mine last night- an absolute TON of pictures. This is going to be extremely useful when the kits come out.

Maybe you can give us a list of your other references, too. Just in case that anyone wants to spend more money.
Cheers

P.S. Proposing some Caiman references to Trumpeter would be cool.

Kein schlechte Idee.

I have several Caiman photos, but not enough to help a company produce one yet. (No measurements) As Jason can attest, (by the way, thanks for the endorsement, Jason) there were icicles hanging off of the vehicles during my last outing.

Hi Rob,
just downloaded the files - great and useful pics of Cougar (and Buffalo), only the kits aren't on my bench.
Thanks!
Michael

Please if you would like Roberts great work, please contact himself .
There has been some confusion in regards to Reference work between both of us.
I deal strictly with Canadian DVD reference projects that include the Rg-31, Cougar (AVGP & MRAP) and many more.
Cheers
Anthony

Yes, we have just corresponded with one another, and I do only US vehicles, to include those mentioned above.
So I'll say, "Best US References Anywhere," as I'm sure Anthony's are the best Canadian ones.
I have a lot of those old Concord references, and have a friend who has several of those SabIngaMartin IDF ones, and the pages are falling out of every single one. Not so with our stuff.

Anyone who hasn't purchased a reference from me yet, you're getting a deal here. They're selling on eBay now (ten in the past 14 days) for $16.99. You guys get them for $14.99.
Read the feedback if you're still hesitant.
