Here are some wounded figures I'm working on.

They are still very rough but Im having fun with them. I dont know how to sculpt properly, Im just having a go with sculpy and A & B putty.
Here's a shot of a medic and a wounded para in the dio.

I made the desk and chair, pushed against the window for cover. Bricks are from diorama debris moulds (if you haven't tried this range, have a look. I'll never go back to miniart kits now!)
The building is GNR. When I know what I'm dong with the scene I'll post some pics on the dio section.

Cheers mate. I'm struggling to find the balance between the dio being busy and overcrowded.

Cheers. Having lots of fun at the minute with the figures and getting very frustrated by the dio build. More to come soon.

Here are some updated images.

The medic's head has been swapped and the wounded para has had more detail added inc. the gunslinger pistol (as described in For King and Country)

Here's one I'm quite pleased with, someone calling for aid for his friend.
And these ones are just WIPs from before.

Seriously nice work brother! Everything makes sense and the anatomy looks correct as well.
Small point here but maybe the last guys' water flask looks a bit "light"? Not enough feeling of gravity pulling it down? Maybe the same with the gunslung pistol?
Sorry, one of my pet peaves is weightless equipment.

Cheers mate. I've ordered a resin casting kit to have a go at making some boots. The dios are causing headaches at the minute so I'm happy to play around with the figures.

I must admit I'm rather pleased with them as I've never sculpted figures before. With the sculpy it is so easy to get a basic figure shape and then use the a and b putty for detailing. If anyone hasn't tried it, give it a go. It's far more rewarding than using stock figures and is only a fraction of the cost.
Thanks for the kind and complimentary words.

Some progress shots. The paint is really rough, just to give me an idea of how the figures are looking. All are still WIP.
Here's the figure being operated on. In case you didn't notice in earlier shots i sculpted a surgical tool kit on his chest with some scissors. The white towel on his legs is part of the surgical kit -the read is not blood but meant to read Surgery and was a place to keep the tools, hence the scissors on it. I added bandages to the this guys head as the head was from Legend and sadly miscast (I bought three sets, two were excellent, the third barely useable).

Im rather fond of this guy as it was my first attempt at sculpting a hand (on his head). The second hand is now added.

This chap just wasn't right so I had a go at sculpting some webbing.

And with webbing and boots that still need a lot of work.

I changed the straight arm on this figure and think I regret it.

And with the new arm.

Here's another wounded figure:

And now with beret and bandaged hand.

The arm on this figure looked odd so Im still playing around with it.

Not sure if Ive posted this figure yet. Ive no idea how he will look until Ive got some primer on him.

This one is a bit overscale.

This one is a simple conversion of a dragon figure into a para.

And the last one for now

Feedback welcome.

As Jerry puts it quite expertly..."you are fearless"!!

If I may I'd like to offer my 2c worth! I'd just tone the buff (in the smocks) down to a slightly more greenish hue.

Good luck with the project!!

Cheers

The smocks look quite yellow in the photos but are more tan in real life. Cheers guys.
