I don't think I remember a single kit that was released in the past few years that didn't have at least one or two shortcomings.. So, I guess this makes this a "normal" kit
Looking forward to see your build, Pascal, before I start on mine

I totally agree with that, Hisham (for the kits shortcoming!)

Most kits have some slight problem with accuracy they are scale models and not the real thing!
Really looking forward to your build pascal

I am bummed by the solution they used for the armoured glass. Otherwise it seems to be a viable kit. I am waiting eagerly for this build. Pascal, it is nice to see your work even more excellent with every build.

Definitly an improvement over their M-ATV kit. Can`t wait to hold it in my greedy fingers.

I'm eagerly waiting until Pascal reaches the point to build the suspensión, to see if it is a nightmare as their M-ATV one.
But it looks like a very interesting kit so far

Hi Hugo,
I hardly think that the suspension will be a nightmare since it`s much easier than the M-ATV`s TAK-4. Judging from the instruction ir might be a fun build. Glad that I already have Rob Skippers excellent reference pics.

Just started on the suspension a couple of minutes ago, and I wanted to point this out before I forget... in the very first step, part A23 should actually say B10.. It's a very small part and I started to look for it on the sprues.. then remembered that there is a similar one on the other suspension part.. and true enough, they have the correct number in step 2
Hope it goes smoothly

Well, I'm always the first to admit when I'm in over my head.. so back to working on my Kinetic Maxx-Pro. I'm sure it's just my mediocre abilities.. and that Pascal will find it a breeze to build.

Definitively, Panda don't make any progress in their kits. And no the Cougar is not better than the M-ATV, and building the kit will be not a quiet ride
In the first stage some great interrogations! as Hisham said
No indication for positionning the two parts B49. Axle need to be vertical for the wheel turning. There is a higher and lower part but no one say that. If incorrect the wheels are not correctly in place.
To put the 2 B39 sping leaves, no real attachment points, you put them as you will !!!!!!
Parst B56 are to short I replace them
I miss the A23 !
SO, I stop gluing the Panda Cougar for this year (perharps 2015 and further.....)
I'am going to build another Bradley I have assemebled all exterior from this new kit in a half day !

Although I'm disappointed because I really wanted to build this vehicle, I'm just glad to hear that the problem is not that my modelling skills are seriously lacking
One question that comes to my mind is: is it easier for model manufacturers to split up every part into ten separate parts? Does this make the molding easier?
Anyway, my advice for Panda is to give their engineers a kit from Tamiya or Bronco or MENG or Trumpeter or Kinetic (which is a breeze compared to this) so they can see how kits should be engineered... AND before releasing a kit, give a sample to an average modeler to see if he can actually build it without any major problems.
So, back to finishing up my Kinetic Maxx-Pro which I had put on hold to do this

Hi guys,
i just can agree, it is pretty tricky.... I started today with the build, i have used some styrene stripes to replace these kit parts.
Would be interesting with go on....
Merry christmas to all.
Cheers Christoph

I was thinking of maybe buy the meng models Cougar 6x6 to pick parts from to use on this model, would that work? Does the front and rear axle with wheels looks the same on both of them, if you only use the front and rear axle from the meng kit,And maybe use the seats, exhust, the weapon turret and all other parts that is possible to use... It's not a cheap option( 35€ on hobby easy)but if it comes out a update set it will be much more expensive i think...
I hope it will work, let see on the day the meng kit comes out!
