Anything with a reasonable price, a feature that most of the manufacturers seem to have forgotten in 2014!

Definitely agree on the older Land Rovers series (especially the short base one).. and the M113s, and I would just add a BTR-152 family and the older Unimog truck 404, 405, 406

My vote would be for additional variants based on the newly tooled MAZ 543 (Scud) chassis: Tombstone Radar Unit, Fifth wheel tractor, Airport tug, Accommodations vehicle.

Chieftain series is the top of the list.
The long rumored Black Prince in resin (plastic would be nice).
T-44 would be but there is a good resin kit on the way so I'm fine.
Early T-72.
Arjun Mk.1
And for my yearly hail Mary, how about an ARL-44, what-if AMX M4, FCM 50T of WoT fame. Just think of the french camouflage!

For german tank crew 1970s/80s DOLP may be a solution. More 1970s/80s Infantry OTOH would be very welcome. No Vests and G3.

As for my Wishlist (all 1:35, all Styrene):

The "staff and supply collection":

A VW Iltis (The BW Jeep prior to the Wolf)
A VW Kurierwagen (The BW "Kübel")
A Unimog 404 in the Radio variant (A resin kit exists but pricy)
MAN 630 5to

The "Leopard collection":

Bergepanzer
Pionierpanzer
Gepard

The "artillery collection":

A late version M7 Priest with the raised gun and pulpit
LARS and/or LARS-2 artillery missile system
FH-155 / FH-70 towed gun
BW version of the M101
BW version(s) of the M109

And the "Marder collection":

A Roland SAM on Marder chassis
A newly tooled Marder 1A1/1A2

I second the new Hellcat. A new M18 Super Hellcat would be nice too, especially since the only production kit of it is being sold only in Europe.

I'd like to see:

-T29 family in plastic
-New tooled T28/T95
-More experimental allied vehicles...

M777A2 155mm howitzer

M119A3 105mm howitzer

(I won't mention the Mk VIII Liberty tank or the Mk V since this is the modern Armor Section)

Modern Armor wise:

Chieftain, Black label seems the obvious choice.
Just kidding!! Really! I'm just kidding! No hate messages please.

Late Mk Centurions, AFV Club.

T-55AM, Tamiya seems to like doing T-55 variants, would be a great kit. But maybe Meng starts doing the T-55 family.

Anything French in the AMX family tree.

Non modern

Dragon, do a damn Panther A with Zimmerit, I know they're waiting for me to buy a bunch of ATAK sets.

And way off base here, but how about a 1/32 F-7 Tigercat family from Trumpeter?? Or Tamiya, that would be sick.

Happy New year all!!

US post WWII:

M-65 Atomic Cannon and Transporters
M-53 spg
M-50 Scorpion plastic
US Army Missile series Honest John, Lacrosse, Pershing, Redstone, Nikes etc
T-29 Series of heavy US tanks
US Air Force series of early missiles like the Mace on Terracruiser...awesome piece
More of the upcoming Russian tracked missile launchers like Frog
( Trumpeter is releasing one I see... they are quickly becoming my favorite company for 1/35 stuff )

I second the Mike triple 7 155mm (Hello Trumpeter?)

More modern equipment as our friend Yaroslav has done so well is welcome!

How about modern aftermarket that is focused on actual recent world events? Events like the battle for Baghdad airport, Mosul, Hussein brothers killed by 101st, more Polite Green men in the Crimea figures and vehicles. Germany !944 was a long time ago and is well covered by the hobby kits available. We need more offerings that model events after 9-11-2001 IMHO. Thanks!

M-1IP
A better Hellcat

I second that!!! A TOTALLY new M18 would be just the thing!

Apologies to the modern armor fans, but I'm going to open my big yap again!!!

A new M18, and more WWII GI's: A rifle Squad on patrol, a Rifle Squad at rest- Eating, drinking, dozing, smoking and blabbing, and/or cleaning their weapons. A chow line, with GI's in line, the same goes for the Marines. DITTO for WWI Doughboys and Marines! MORE WWII Sailors! I'm NOT including PT-Boat crew or Landing Craft crew, either.

Let's have some WWII Sailors and Marines on Liberty, GI's on Pass or Leave with some of them enjoying themselves with girlfriends, or other "ladies". This subject matter has been IGNORED FOR AGES. Only MASTER BOX has seen fit to do a single set of figures in this genre. Absolutely all of the above goes for US Officers, be they Army, Army Air Forces, Navy, and Marines, for both WWI and WWII.

We could also use a platoon of GI's and/or Marines crouching, squatting or on their knees to go with the 1/35 ITALERI LCVP. The crew that ITALERI supplies are all standing as if on parade. For Christmas SAKE!!! There was all kinds of ordnance flying around, just lusting to kill Americans!!! Don't you think that these invading GI's and/or Marines had the sense to duck?

An entirely new 1/35 WWII US Dodge WC-54 Ambulance- It's definitely time to retire that old PEERLESS MAX/ITALERI/TESTORS/BILEK kit. We could AT THE VERY LEAST, use an up-to-date conversion set, to be used with the excellent SKYBOW/AFV CLUB WC-series kits, but an entirely newly-tooled plastic kit would be much better.

The AFV Club M18 kit could use some re-tooling: Open engine gratings with a complete engine bay, a better interior, especially in the turret, and an entirely new main gun barrel. If no one has the guts to mold an entirely new M18 kit, we could at least use an update set for what I mentioned above. VERLINDEN and LEGEND make resin and PE updates for the ACADEMY M18, and I believe ROYAL MODELS does the same for either of the M18 kits. HOBBY FAN makes a few bits and pieces for the AFV CLUB kit.

STILL, we are lacking a properly CAD designed slide-molded M18. A 1/35 M18 would be a great subject for MENG, or some other progressive thinking model company.

AGAIN, I'm going to bring up the subject of an entirely new M8 75mm Howitzer Motor Carriage. (HMC) WHY are all the model companies IGNORING THIS IMPORTANT VEHICLE?!? AFV CLUB announced that they were going to release a new 1/35 M8 HMC based on their EXCELLENT M5A1some years ago- They NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH, disappointing many US WWII AFV fans. We could use a new 1/35 M8 HMC, period!

DRAGON keeps re-popping older kits, and their "new" BLACK PLAGUE line of kits have left a lot of modelers cold. It would be nice for DRAGON to pay just as much attention to detail in their US 1/35 subjects, as they do for their endless German Panthers, Tigers, and Sd.Kfz.10's. A glaring example is their line of M3-series Half Tracks. DRAGON seems to be in no way interested in correcting the riveting found all over the body panels of these kits. These rivets should be represented as counter-sunk single-slotted screws, flush to all of the body surfaces. The flattened front tires are also somewhat over-stated. Instead of coming out with "new" oddball vehicles, they should spend some time and money on correcting their older kits...

No one has ever done a line of 1/35 US Army or Marine recruits being "dressed down" by the Drill Instructor, either...

I`ll chuck my hat into the ring - what about some civilian trucks in 1/35th scale to go with the civilian cars ?.
Who else watched Operation Cast Lead on the nightly news and wished they could show off their Merkava tanks on a modern low loader ?.

Mike, which kit do you mean regarding Trumpeter releasing one?
