Can this be a vehicle undercarriage from a scraped one?

It almost looks like a stripped down Humber scout car????? I don't know...but it's neat.

Looks like 2-PN-2 (SMZ-710) trailer . There are number of different stuff mounted on this trailer. AD-30-T/400 Mobile Power Plant for example.

Dmitry, thank you so much! I've found some drawings on line also of the 2-PN-2...don't think I'll be lucky with a kit in 1/35
