The paint work is really well done. It's apparent that you still have the touch. Very nicely done!!

I thought for a minute when did Tamiya make a 1/32 Jagdtiger,
must of been a typo
Great looking model anyway

Knew it was a typo as soon as I read it. Just another example of why I wish this site allowed you to edit your thread titles.

Thank you Frederick!! This build took a good while due to busy schedules but it was a ton of fun and a refreshing return to the hobby since my long absence. As primarily a winged and rotor thingy builder, I have found a new love in these tracked beast.

Nice work, thanks for sharing. I like how the colors came together. What did you use for the dark yellow?

Thanks Tat...I used Tamiya XF-60 (dark yellow) mixed with a small amount of X-2 (white) for the highlight areas. I bought some Vallejo model air colours for the 3 tone German armour schemes and will give them a try on my next buidl. They were: 71025 (RAL-7028), 71041 (RAL-8017) and 71092 (RAL-6003).
Cheers,
Hermann.

Thanks Hermann. I use Tamiya as well so maybe it's the effect of the light that made me think differently. All the best to your builds. Cheers, Tat
