Hi,
I'm working now on this little beetle. The base kit is Academy M113 Zelda, Friulmodel tracks, photo etched parts are from Eduard, RB Model M2 Browning detailing set, towing cable is from Eureka XXL, Arms Corps Models tie downs and sandbags from Armorscale, that's all, I think
Some parts have been added from scratch, especially to the interior.
The crew compartment is complete in 95%.

You should remove one, possibly two, links from the track runs, as the track tension is too slack. The track should rest on the third road wheel, not the first, unless you want to throw a track on the first turn. M113 drivers only had to experience this once before they became very particular about correct track tension.

Thank You Gerald for Your advice.
But unfortunately its impossible to remove even one link, becouse after this the tension is too big, and I can't join the both ends of track together...
I know, that tension of the tracks is very important, but on the pictures sometimes it visible, that tension is too slack, like on this one (shame on driver:) )

Just wondering... One external fuel tank? As far as I know, IDF uses two EFT and removed the internal tank.

Thank You Jesper

Hans, I don't know how this is looking inside, but this M113 (ex M901) have only one external fuel tank.

Do these tracks really have the interior engine access panel replace with screen? Must be hot (and noisy) as hell inside!

Hi John,
of course no I took off panels because I want to show an engine a little bit.
You can see the panels on the bench on my previous pictures.
