Dear All,

Today I've noticed that ALL the pictures posted in the ''Members galleries'' are thumbnails. I mean, I cannot view in the original size.

Something wrong from my side or something changed in KitMaker Gallery ?

I have run into the same issue. I posted a few pictures this morning and they are small thumbnails. I have also lost a few pictures from my member gallery that I used in a campaign thread, so now the thread has 'x's where the pictures used to be. Was there a database restore of a previous copy, or such? Just wondering.

Hi - - I might have missed a response, and if so, I'm sorry for asking, but the photo gallery question seems to still be relevant.

Are there any updates on the gallery and access to images?

I posted an update today, but could only post thumbnails...so, they are a bit hard to see - not much of an update.

have seen the same issue with the photos not loading Sept 8, 2015

I just checked my photos in my gallery. They are all shown as thumbs yet when I double-kliked them, they expanded into a larger size.

Jim is working on this issue and may or may not have resolved the issue as yet.

Just for information. I just reposted a couple of pictures and they wanted to open in 'fullsize' (at least the frame was), but they came up with the dreaded 'x' and nothing shown. It strikes me that some pathways are wrong or the links are bad. Something along those lines. I hope that helps a touch.

Sorry gents this aspect of the site is all going over my head. I promise Jim has been working on the issue and should resolve this soon.

Before I found this post thinking I had an issue, I went ahead and clicked on each of my broken pics and selected edit and clicked rebuild thumbnail. All but 2 got fixed. However all of my full display of the pics have the broken link 'X'. At least I fixed my avatar and I don't look like a 'X' anymore. Go Go Gadget Robbie

It appears that images can be uploaded, but only posted as thumbnails. I've found that links have been broken too -

Is there an estimated time for when the tech problems might be sorted? I'm looking forward to posting updates...

All I can tell you is that it is being worked on. As soon as a resolution is found to the problem we will publish this information. I am afraid that is the best I can do.

(PS - I just went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 ?!?!)

I've just found out by experiment that in the forum, image links from photobucket work OK but links from picasa/google photos and snapfish don't work at all.

I understand this is still in work. Same status as well here.

Gents Jim S is working on this as it appears to be a coding issue that is causing issues. It is one of Jim's priorities to resolve this issue.

Excellent work on getting this issue resolved. As an IT guy, I know what it is like to try and hunt down a strange behavior when nothing is clear about the cause, so again, great job.
