Been working on this 1:35 scale Meng Merkava Mk3D model since September 2015. it is a nice model, lots of detail, and I added a Voyager PE kit to it. My one complaint is that the parts to this model are attached to the sprues with very thick attachments so when you remove parts from the sprue, often time the part gets messed up. Are all Meng kits that way?....finally done with it..here's a link to my google photos since uploading low quality photos to armorama is a pain...hopefully this works! Unfortunately all I have is a cell phone camera so the color is off a bit in some of the shots...I tried a couple different ways of photographing the tank..see what you think, I'm still learning.

I used a product from True-Earth.com. It paints on and worked really well and appears, to me at least, to be to scale. I was very happy with it. here's a link:
