That's really nice! It's like a bunker with a powerplant and suspension system.

Best wishes,

Ian

Beautiful overall finish!
My one question is given how big the beast is, how would they manage to paint continuous cammo bands up, across and back down the other side?

It is a fun kit, I really enjoyed building mine. Did you have any difficulty with the muzzle brake halves? Mine gave me fits!

I went with small faded bands of lt green cammo, but they nearly disappeared under the fading and weathering.
I also thought about the Sherman Firefly barrel cammo, but it did not turn out as well as I would have liked.

Looks like a buff colour stippled on the model to me.

hi guys,

Thanks for the compliments.

@Sal, yes it's the trumpeter one.

@Mike D, I was just following the painting guidelines given .
For the muzzle brake halves, I can't recall having problems. But if you do, some super glue with talcum powder can solve it. My problem was with the barrel connector. It keep on breaking into two (doesn't fit well).

@Tat Baqui, for the scratches, it's standard hair spray, I use Dremel 512s to do the
scratches...it's not too soft and enough to give ample scratch effects.

Cheers
