Nice clean build, I will be watching to see what you do as far as painting and weathering. What do you think of the paint scheme offered in the instructions that is a checkerboard pattern, kind of crazy? Will you be putting this into a diorama or try to paint the checkerboard pattern?

The checkerboard camo will be to difficult to paint. IŽll try something different. More soon.

That is an extremely clean build. I like your preshading and how it affects the overall paint scheme. I am going to have to try that technique.

Just purchased this kit. One question: Does anyone know if the Semaphore communication unit could be retracted or removed when desired? The ditching log would be a real bear to get around this vertical post if it was needed to be used at the rear of the vehicle.
