Great review, great build. The paint job is amazing! I have this kit and can only hope to build half as good as you.

Good build and fab paint job!, shame that the chassis is wrong - PANZERSHOP have issue a correct replacement, this is visible in the MBI book.

Thank you everyone for your kind words regarding the Turtle. Glad everyone likes the paint job, it was pretty easy with the brush painting and the borders help clean up any issues that may have popped up.
Tony, which MBI book? A search doesn't reveal much at all beyond a MBI title on the Skoda LT 35. Is there something else?
If the chassis is incorrect it looks like it may be a copy of the CMK kits rendering. At least the whole thing is tucked up underneath where no one will ever really get a good look at it, unless of course it 'turns turtle', sorry, couldn't resist.

Hi Rick,

I'm building this kit now and I'm about to install the Storm Trooper helmet down onto the body.

I assume all four of the little blocks that are in the window cavities need to be removed?

Hey KS1,
Been awhile since I have taken a look at the little Turtle; yes, you will need to remove those tabs to get the helmet to set correctly. Good question as well, looks like I never addressed that in the review. I really got a kick out of my build of the oddball, hope you find yours as enjoyable too.
