The latest Mirror Models Morris Commercial.

The details are crisp and sharp. The whole model is VERY fine and fragile. The plastic is soft and care must be taken to avoid breaking pieces (broke 2 and lost 2 others I had to remake). The body is in one piece. It's a beautiful piece of injected plastic but suffers from a total lack of interior details. It's likely we will see detail sets for that from them.

I added details to the interior.

After paint.

Even with the roof in place, there's still a lot to see.

The finished model

This side is prior to painting the wheel bolts

Very nicely done. That mickey mouse ear cammo looks so good on it. I also have that kit and was given a Bronco 25pdr gun and limber for Christmas to tow behind it. It's a real shame about the lack of internal detail but I guess that would have driven the price up.

Thank You for sharing these great pictures. I have the C8 Quad Mk.III (the short version) from Mirror Models in the stash and agree fully with You that the parts are very fragile, but very nice.

Really well done, inside & out!! I was wondering about the tie-downs on the roof. Are they separate pieces, scratch, or what?? They look very good.

Man after my own heart adding all the internal cabin bracing and the bows for the canvas top!

Nicely done overall!

Thanks to all.

obj153. The tie downs are molded with the sides and rear. Once the roof in place I used Tamiya putty and sanded the glue lines. Then paint. I used Vallejo Kaki with a touch of white for the rope. The canvas is the same Kaki but mixed with the body color. Mirror did a very nice job with them and it didn't take much work to bring those details out.
