This diorama is based on the Hungarian uprising of 1956.
The inspiration came from the guy in China who stood in front of a tank.
Scenario-
There has been a riot the day before and the Soviets decide to send in the tanks. The priest decides to make a protest or is it a little bit more?
The old guy at the side of the tank shouts "Long live Stalin" is he only distracting the soldiers? as he knows what lurks behind the wall and what he must do?
Is the guy smoking and the delivery man also involved?

Fantastic Diorama. Painting and weathering are excellent. Nice story line, I really like the guy smoking.....it looks so lifelike. Great job.

Excellent scene!! The tension can really be seen in the interaction between the figures.

I too like the story. Well balance and composed scene. Drama and tension nicely captured. Fine job on the tank and figures as well.
