Hey,

Here are some pictures of the current WIP, Academys 1/72 HEMTT M977 with DEF model resin wheel set and a photo-etch kit of make I don't recall. I still have some crane detail to finish, decals then weathering, stowage and cargo and finally the base for the Vignette to complete. I also just noticed that the rear view mirror is broken!

Thanks!

Hello Steve, looking good. I have the same kit, but not started yet. Do you think you can try to remember who made the PE kit?

I dug out the assembly sheet last night. The PE kit was from OKB Grigorov. It was a pretty good kit and assembled well.

I started working on the Base for the diorama today. An example of the scene that I am attempting to depict is shown at the bottom. The base for the diorama is made using green floral foam, stucco and a foundation of starboard. To finish the vehicle I just need to add decals, weathering and the stowage.
