I haven't posted anything here in a while, haven't been modeling a lot actually, but I've been back at it, and picked up on this one as an easy way back in. It's mostly OOB with the exception of some Eduard etch. So far:
Forgot: Orange Hobby barrel, yuck, tiny and needlessly fragile parts.

Quoted Text
rather than sit on the couch and drink too much coffee while watching the "/news", I did some modeling. I may have to do this again.
Start your session, with coffee. Finish it, with beer. Build, build, build. Never sleep.
Your work continues to impress.

Coffee'ed up last night:
I suck at painting faces, please excuse my attempt. The TC's camo is more of an approximation too, but at least it looks suitably complex.
Most of the small bits are on, still need to sort out the antennae: I broke the kit retracted masts twice, so took a hint and drilled the mounts for wire until I can find something better.

Russell especially nice weathering, I like the overall look and the way the dusting looks piled up in the right places and spread evenly. I think this is a really nice Tamiya kit, they're like old friends, always nice to go back to.
I can't paint a face either.....

Thanks Terry.
I agree with you on the Tamiya kits, by and large always fun to build.
