VERY NICELY DONE! I really LIKE the idea of showing off a tank that doesn't look like it had an accident with a mud bog, followed by a dust storm!
A relatively clean-looking tank or vehicle is refreshing!
I built a very-much re-worked TAMIYA M4 about 15 years ago, which I converted into an M4A1, using an old NICHIMO M4A1 Cast Hull, and a CYBERHOBBY M4 VVSS Suspension set, ARMORSCALE Mid-Production 75mm Metal Barrel, and a mixture of ABER M4/M4A1 PE Set & their .30cal Barrels for the MGs. I dispensed with the .50 AA Mount, and substituted a VERLINDEN M1919A1 .30, with an ABER .30 Barrel. New PE Front and Rear Splashguards, and various resin bits of light stowage, because I wanted to portray a vehicle that hasn't been around long enough to accumulate a ton of it yet. Say, during the first couple of weeks during the Normandy Campaign... I made use of ARCHER's "D-Day Sherman" and "M4/M4A1 Shipping Stencils" on this model to further the impression of a relatively newly-landed tank...
A bit of light road dirt and dust- nothing heavy, except a bit of caked on mud inboard of the Suspension components. A little bit of fuel-overflow around the Fuel-filler Caps, a Driver, Assistant Driver/Radio Operator, and a relaxed Commander Figure to top it off... Done, and good enough for me...
