Still needs a few tweaks, but almost done. As expected with Tasca/Asuka the build was painless.

Minor detail, and I assume there will be a Commander figure filling the hatch opening but the inside of the turret should be gloss white.

VERY NICELY DONE! I really LIKE the idea of showing off a tank that doesn't look like it had an accident with a mud bog, followed by a dust storm!
A relatively clean-looking tank or vehicle is refreshing!
I built a very-much re-worked TAMIYA M4 about 15 years ago, which I converted into an M4A1, using an old NICHIMO M4A1 Cast Hull, and a CYBERHOBBY M4 VVSS Suspension set, ARMORSCALE Mid-Production 75mm Metal Barrel, and a mixture of ABER M4/M4A1 PE Set & their .30cal Barrels for the MGs. I dispensed with the .50 AA Mount, and substituted a VERLINDEN M1919A1 .30, with an ABER .30 Barrel. New PE Front and Rear Splashguards, and various resin bits of light stowage, because I wanted to portray a vehicle that hasn't been around long enough to accumulate a ton of it yet. Say, during the first couple of weeks during the Normandy Campaign... I made use of ARCHER's "D-Day Sherman" and "M4/M4A1 Shipping Stencils" on this model to further the impression of a relatively newly-landed tank...
A bit of light road dirt and dust- nothing heavy, except a bit of caked on mud inboard of the Suspension components. A little bit of fuel-overflow around the Fuel-filler Caps, a Driver, Assistant Driver/Radio Operator, and a relaxed Commander Figure to top it off... Done, and good enough for me...

Hi, Mike! Actually, a Semi-Gloss "Off-White", when you look inside nearly-pristine, un-restored US Armor...
I like to use TESTORS Model Master II Semi-Gloss White Enamel, with just a few tiny drops of OD added...

There will be another figure for that position to fill that empty void. Will give the walls a quick spray of white. The nice thing about the small hatch M4s is all you can see is head and shoulders of the driver and bow gunner

Thanks Dennis. I tend to build clean, too clean sometimes. But it is actually a little dirtier to the eye than what the camera shows. Loved this kit.

Keep up the GREAT WORK! I'm a real Shermaholic, myself!
Nothing wrong with a clean vehicle, especially when "Georgie" is on the warpath!
BTW- I DO see the light dirt and dust...

Very nice model. Something about the figures just looks spot on ... for my money some of the best I've seen.

Thank you for the kind comments. It's nice to see Tamiya putting out some decent figures and US ones at that.
