Odd how they are doing the top run of the tracks. They are flat and you have to push them into a mould to create the sag. How does that work? Do you have to heat the track up.?

It looks like that is for the individual tracks.

Judging by the instructions, you are supposed to use the jig to glue the track links together so they sag correctly on the upper rollers. The flatmoulded length is for the bottom run.

Can't stop, the long section of track is the bottom part and the top section that goes on the jig is individual track links. That did the same on there ISU-152 kit. And it worked pretty well there. Though no match to Fraultracks.

Tamiya recently announced the release date for this kit: April 2, 2015. Regular price is at 3,800JPY without tax.
However, some online stores have it listed as a late March release. Expect deliveries to begin on the last week of this month.

The SU-76 has already been well served with the Miniart kit released back in 2008, bit Tamiya's kit seems to be more advanced.
