I picked up the T110E4 Superstructure. I'll post up some pictures later. I need to pick up a DML M48A1 and ask my bank about getting money back from Shapeways for a bank transfer that they "can't find."

Funny, I thought this was a modeling site and not a free place for someone to conduct their business??

First, I had checked with Darren Baker and he said it was OK. I do not recall how many times I listed a link to a product but it was not all too many.
Second, you may also wish to check on the thread for Live Resin. He is a sponsor of the site but the point still stands.
Third, this business I'm conducting IS a modeling business. I'm designing stuff FOR you to help add detail to YOUR models that is not available elsewhere. I'm not doing this to make a living. This is a sort of hobby for me. I enjoy doing this.

Yep, you asked for ideas, posted your link, then your business should be conducted over at Shapeways. NOT on Armorama.
And as soon as you put a price tag on it, a Hobby becomes a Business and I would rather not see every swinging Richard with a resin casting kit hawking their wares on here.
Good luck to you. How bout you 3-D print yourself an e commerce site or hey, at least man up and become a Kitmaker Subscriber? You've gotten enough free publicity here.

There might be 'free' publicity but I can not afford sponsorship. Just because I have this going on does not mean I can afford it. Publicity does not necessarily equal tons of money. I actually make very little money from this.the
Unless the forum admins tell me otherwise, I see no harm in this thread continuing.
Do you also want the other people with threads in a similar vein to also stop? They are out there.
So a business can't be a hobby? And a hobby can't be a business? That's sounds similar to "you can not work and have fun." Well I'll tell you, this is a hobby of mine as well as a (very) small business.
Lastly, to be honest, if the resin set is accurate, well designed, well cast and well-fitting I see no harm in someone trying to make a buck off their hard work. Yes, while having ANYONE who makes a resin cast of anything and selling it could be a problem, I don't see it in the situation I put forward in the previous sentence.
Now, I will ask you politely to please stop as our back-and-forth contributes nothing to the thread.

I think you miss the point.
Here is what I see:
I have nothing personal against you. But when I have to turn on my ad block plus (because I have AT&T and have to turn it on to at least view the pages), I get a little message that ads keep the lights on. Makes me feel a little guilty. Whereas you, in effect, have figured out a way to not pay for ad space, yet get free exposure. I have no problem with you launching a business here, in fact I applaud you. But when this thread evolved into CAD drawings, updates, prices, product reviews from actual customers, AND your "ad" pops up in the topics widow-at your discretion, your ad is more prominent then all the ads that companies have to pay for on this site. Therefore, a company that may offer a similar product AND is paying for ad space isn't getting the same exposure. It's a great site that sponsors are paying for to keep us drowning in tips, tricks and techniques, and product, but I don't think the sponsors would be quite as cavalier as you about this thread. Again, I have nothing against you personally, and good luck.

What about Russian 125mm barrels? Break them down like Dragon did with the M1 Abrams barrels? Would probably be easier then using photo etch for all the buckles and straps.

How about some air brake cylinders for 1/35 trucks?

As to the heavy truck brakes - Mike, a lot of Italeri HEMTT owners would very happy to have a correct set of eight brake actuators!
If you offered just the air cylinders you would need to make one front and one rear pattern.
If you offered the air cylinder plus mounting bracket plus S cam rod then the brakes would be "handed" and you would have to make a left and right rear pattern and a left and right front.

Front side of the set. Still incomplete. I have yet to start a PRC-152A Harris Falcon III.
Back side. Right side are more H-250Us. On the bottom of the H-250 receiver are 7 holes as on the real one. The connections have been designed to allow for this feature. Left are 2 PLGRs with separate antennas and 6 DAGRs.

I'm going back into the AN/VIC-5, VIC-3, VIC-2 and VIC-1 models and adding bolts to the attachment points to strengthen them and make them more visually appealing. It should also remove a tedious part of using the pieces. On the VIC-5 I'll also deepen the screen embossments to make them more visible. I will also be making a set of AN/PRC-152 radios to include both the GPS and non-GPS versions. I won't be able to model the vehicle mount cradles commonly used with the radios (the AN/VRC-110, seen in the Blast and Pro Art MRAP sets) because it's just too complex for me to model based off of pictures alone.

Good news on the re-do of the VIC systems. handling the original VIC-3 system, I broke some of those bolt on points.. Now I am debating if I want to use the remainder of the ones I have on the M3A3 I am working on or wait and order the new ones??????
