Fatigues and floppy hat are fine, just swap the Glilon for an M-16 or Tavor.

Excellent detailed work on everything. Usually dios don't show enough of the refuse and garbage that is hanging around scenes like this. Now...if you could only show the flies !!

Very nice job, Israel.. The Nagmachon looks great, and the street scene is a nice complement.. and I agree with Jerry, the garbage adds a nice touch of reality.

This is a simple yet very convincing diorama, good job!
I've never even heard of this vehicle before, let alone seen one, and it looks so realistic. The litter, your pallets, and the ground work all came out great

Nice job! The weathering, the trash in the container, and the bin itself look great. Just the right amount of "stuff" to make it believable, and the vehicle crushing the pallet, shows action. Very impressed.

Great looking dio... my favorite touch is the pallet that is being crushed! Not many people would think to add that one little element that really brings it to life!

The trash and dumpster are great!

Where was this vehicle used and what country is the dio set in, if I may ask!

Just excellent use of weathering, detail, etc. Man, are the people around here talented!

Thanks, Patrick. I've built the pallets from balsa wood, they're crying to be crushed. Since I only plan to add one figure, I thought crushing the pallets would add some dynamics to the otherwise static diorama.
As for the vehicle, it's a IFV called "Nagmachon" used by the IDF.

Thanks, Mike. I only plan to put one figure on the base, probably not a soldier. A background with a bit of Photoshop treatment is a good idea though...

I'll add to the praise already given - very nice work. A quote from a jazz musician came to mind - something about making the complicated look simple, which you have done! From the excellent work on the vehicle, to the rubbish strewn about to the crushed wood pallet - wow! The whole scene is very convincing.

On a related note, your post on IDF vehicles is very informative! And a pleasure to follow!
