Very nice review. Your excellent review has helped me decide to go ahead and purchase this kit as I was "on the fence" before reading this review. Thanks for taking the time it took to such an in-depth piece, I can only imagine the time you put forth to do such a great build and write up and with pictures. Well done

Very nice and impressive review. I received Ryefield Kampfgruppe Fhermann Tiger kit yesterday which was ordered last week by me. Then I dare expect for the review. Haha.

A very thorough and informative review. That looks to be an incredible kit detailwise. I'd love to build something on that level but sadly I don't think I'd ever complete it plus I'd want to leave it in bits so I could see all the detail. I look forward to seeing one of these built and painted to fully appreciate it.

Did they fix the Feifel mounts on the rear wall? Adam had to scrape off the right-hand one for his build, and the results are not encouraging. Look at this image in his review:

Also, other questions that I have:

I've been awaiting mine since I ordered it on Jan.15th form my LHS....called them today to see what's taking so long? Told them I could have ordered from online and have it built by now, but wanted to support the LHS....hopefully it helps me get it soon!

Adam, you said there are a few missing pieces to make this a complete interior. What are they?

MikeyBugs95 they are all detailed on Mr. Byrden's site, but basically linkages and pipes that connect the engine, fans and exhaust to other parts of the vehicle.

Mr. Byrden I don't know if they removed that bar yet, from what I've heard they're using this hull for the Fehrmann Tiger but they could turn out not to be the case. The reason my review sample looks as rough as it does is because I'm silly and didn't remove that bar until after I had installed the rear plate and jack.

Seems like a real improvement on the older Academy kit, which, to do it justice, was pretty impressive in its day, with apologies to David for any inaccuracies I might have missed/ignored.
