Not bad, but stripes seem to be wider than acceptable in scale. I would use "nylon" stockings (or socks, they are pretty cheaper) stretched enough to have appropriate diameter of holes an glued to inner surface of helmet (the netting remains relatively flexible and gives you enough stretch to proceed). Then use "scrim" made of cigarette paper painted ochre, brown and green, cut into stripes of max. 1 mm width and pulled through the netting with help of needle... That's what worked well for me...
