Jacek, one thing about your .50 cal ammo. You have the links too far back on the rounds. The forward end of the links are almost right up against the bullet where the casing tapers down to the smaller diameter. You can see in the photo that one end of the link is smaller than the other end.

Jacek, I really do not know if there is more than one type. All of the belted .50 cal ammo I've seen in person is done this way. Message me your email and I'll Send you a photo I just took of the links for 50, 30 and 223 caliber ammo links.
