Excellent work Kuba! Maintenance vehicle are difficult to build because of the many tools and equipment parts. I once saw a SECM doing maintenace work on a M1126 Stryker during an FTX.
Cheers

Very, very nice. However.
As a welder, you never, never, never!!! put the stick down on your work like that!
I found a nifty feature on the forums called HIDE USER.
I was going to try it on myself and go stealth, but it only works on other users.

Still waiting for an aftermarket conversion set for this variant, for those like me who don't have Kuba's great scratchbuilding skills

Nice job Mr K. !

No reason to be sorry, you did a great job and should be proud.
I had to learn the hard way.

Wonderful work here! Thanks for showing us! Bravo!
Don't leave loose pressurized cylinders upright or leaning. They may well become rocket ships if they fall over and get the neck or regulator knocked off. Lay them flat on the ground or secured in a stand. (The blue H cylinder by the barricade)

Thanks a lot, Mr H.P.
Randall - thanks again

Yes, for the first time I'm very proud of my model, of course I'm still well aware that it's got many small mistakes.
Phil - yes, this is one of this mistakes. This cylinder is well glued to the ground and to the jersey bareer, so trying to put it down could bring some damages. It has to be as it is. But thanks for Your comment too

Hi Kuba,
Great job… !!!
Very good, much better than my, seeing the result you had, I'm glad to have helped in some way. Unfortunately my no longer exists, he suffered a fatal accident surviving the trailer, generator, photos and a lot of parts.
Again congratulations.

Yes,
Sergio, again thanks a lot for Your help with photos and parts. And a CAD scheme of shelter's interior, it was a great start to make my model.
Sad news about Yours

But maybe it's a good reason to build another one, improved?

Kuba, your work is one of the reasons I joined Armorama. This build is simply your best work (that I've seen). I followed the build closely and with anticipation of each installment. I have never seen one of these in person but I feel you have captured all of the small details I have seen in photos of them. Were these vehicles custom built or were they built in limited numbers by a coachworks?
Regards,
Eric

Great work Kuba. You are putting out some great looking humvees. I joined your site and soon I can figure out the forums I'm going to start posting there. It has wealth of info on humvees. And, like Donald dig coal...I dig humvee

Thanks for last comments
Brent - absolutely not a masterpiece, but nice to read something like this
Eric - there were quite many of these vehicles, used as mobile workshops or by EOD teams (reorganized shelter with Talon robot and other accessories). The shelters were produced by Rock Island Arsenal. Now there is new SECM version in US Army, built on M1152 as a base.
