Hey all,
I was just wondering if the BMP 2 was used by the Soviets in the 1980s in Afghanistan, and if so, what camo patterns/colors were used? Thanks for any advice.

OK, I've confirmed that the BMP 2 was used by the Soviets in Afghanistan, but am still unclear whether they were a solid green or desert tan with green or brown disruptive patterns.
