Hi,
Not sure if they went to China. There is a kit by Pit Road in plastic which I have that is pretty nice.It's 1/35 scale.

According to Crosley-Motors.org.uk, they were sold to India, Britain, South Africa, Canada, Argentina, Japan, and Estonia. The Estonian ones ended up in Russia. So any Chinese units would have been captured ones.

I'll see if I can post the photo. On checking cyberspace the vehicles are more like the India Pattern rather than those used by the Japs. Vickers certainly sold aircraft to various Chinese warlords in the 1920's and amphibious tanks and tankettes.
