Was just wondering what replacement barrel was available for this kit,And what kinda of barrel is it I should be looking for.thanks for any input

Nothing special about a 'Jumbo', same 75mm as a normal Sherman so any replacement barrel will do

There were also Jumbo re-fitted with the early M1 gun, if you prefer.

Totally your call but I've never swapped out any Tasca/Asuka Sherman barrel. The kit-supplied ones work just fine for me -- plus I'm cheap! hahaha

With just a few minutes of work, you can use the kit barrel and save a few bucks. Its not that hard.

It's pretty hard adding the rifling that would be included on a turned barrel to a plastic piece..

Rifling is not that noticeable on a finished model.

I truly love all the input and help,i do see with a little work what can be achieved with a kits parts.For some reason I've been lured to replace the kits barrels with after market ones.
