I would like to share me completed few months ago model of Meng's Terminator.
I've planned to build it OOO but in the meantime I've replaced guns with RB Model products, and missile containers with Magic of Models brass turned ones.
Also antenna mount and towing line were replaced with RB Model / EurekaXXL.
As for the camo, I've decided to do a Russian Arms Expo 2013 as a great looking one and quite challenging.
Painted with Tamiya paints (of course mixed as there are no dedicated colors from Tamiya paint range)
Simple base just to enhance expo camo and show vehicle just like on cars show.

Thank you Olivier.
Mirrors were included in the kit. Ready to glue, perfectly shaped pieces of polished aluminium (I assume).
For such add ons I love Meng kits.

Excellent paint, I have to admire your skill for making it look rather clean and new but not toyish. How did you do it???

Thank you very much. I tried to archive such effect. Expo vehicle should be rather clean and neat but not like a plastic toy. I did some panel pre- and postshading as well as highlighting some elements with drybrush. I did very light wash and some dark striking on side panels.
I'm really glad that you like it. :-)

Gelerth, as usual, this is a beautifully painted and presented model of an interesting subject. These newer Russian vehicles have a very sci-fi feel. Your paint is smooth and very scale like in appearance. I will be studying these photos for a while. Thanks for sharing sir.

Eric

Thank you very much Sir, you are too kind to me.
But I have to agree regarding sci-fi look. I bought this model because I like how it looks. I knew that I will do it in this camouflage.
Thank you again.

Great job guy! Not too clean, but not too dirt, perfect. The base gives the model a cool featured.
The missile containers are not good enough to need a replacement or you whant a better one?

I see one of these in my near future.... or maybe a T-90
I'll decide.

Thank you.
Missile containers in the kit are good but had to be glued from two halves and since there is a lot of details on them it was hard to glue them quite clean and file this seam line. I decided that I will replace them with turned ones as most people will pay a lot of attention to such details.

Very nice paint job! Do you hava any pictures of the build process? I am thinking of using that paint scheme on my T-90 MS. It looks great.
