Both figures due to the simplicity of the cut of their uniforms could be used in scenes up until the 1970s.
The US lieutenant's pants are bloused low enough to mostly hide the double buckles on his boots. The cut of the uniform remain unchanged, even though the fabric did, until the introduction of BDUS in the late 1970s. His pistol belt could also be found in use that late and with a camouflage helmet cover he could easily pass for a 1970s soldier in fatiguesome.
Similarly the Soviet uniform remained unchanged. In fact, getting rid of the star off the beret, that uniform is still used by the Russian Federation.
Very nice figures with a broad range of uses.

Engin, something's wrong with the "link to item"... it sends me to a "page not found" message.

I think the Russian lady is being very sweet despite the huge wad of gum stuck to her shoe. I hate it when I step in gum.
