the animal skins are actually a proven method as armor on ancient siege equipment. When made wet the skins are repelling fire caused by flaming arrows. So these guys are most definitely on to something.

Judging by these pictures, shooting flaming arrows on tanks seems more than plausible...

A few observations, bro':
#1. The barrel is full of dirt.
#2. Your finger is on the trigger.
#3. The safety is "on".
#4. The combination of all of the above will make shooting
difficult.
#5. Are you sure you need those extra bullets around the barrel?
You can repel an SS infantry regiment with that magazine
alone...
#6. The decoration of personal weapons is not allowed, even if
it's done by your granddaughter.
