CUCV M1008, M1009 ist out from Minimanfactory, but they are very incorrect...There s also a 100% correct M1008 from another manufacturer in 1/35, but it s very expensive.M1010 is out as a conversion kit (bodyshell) for the Minimanfactory CUCVs, don t know the manufacturer though, I think it s a 3d print out with full interior..

I'd like to see more 1/25 scale.
It's just the right size (IMHO) without taking up a lot of room like 1/16 does.

More cold war figure sets. We've finally got the M60 series,so let's get That 70s Army complete with longer hair and mustaches and the old OD fatigues with the baseball field hats.

Yeah, that was a big bummer when those dropped off the face of the earth. A 1/35 walker would have been great.

Well...I'd probabably buy some and paint them, but I have to say that uniform was the worst-- the starching of the trousers and blouse I didn't miss when we went to the BDU, and that stupid domed baseball cap was just awful. I loved it when summer came around and we could "unblouse" the blouse, and worked my cap into a "flat" version by breaking a crease into it just above the crown. Probably the worst uniform the US Army ever came up with.

And a Tamiya M60 slick, current technology and standards, just cuz Tamiya makes a lot of kits I can actually build.

And when we are dreaming: Tamiya should do a Leopard 2A4, decent detail and easy to build. Trust there is room for it 😃

Well I think each and everyone of us should send a warm hearted thanks to the new guys for waking up all the other folks out there!
I see we are getting at least two new M551 Sheridan's, and I expect to see a third player before it's said and done! Yet I've also seen some failed promises in the past (new M43 SPG).
How about the long ignored M56? So we now finally get a new M37 and M54 trucks. How about some dump trucks and ten ton wreckers? One would also be overjoyed with a plain Jane m107,and M110 with short Barrell. Then maybe we would have the slightest chance to finally get a new M578!! I'd love a new tool M12 and M18.

I remember times when all said that plastic modelling is dead. Now we are in an environment where a lot of new manufacturers pop up on the market and bring out decent kits of things we were waiting for long. It is sometimes funny that such obvious wishes like the M-54 take so long until release - and same time the Sheridan now got two different manufacturers. I am more in modern stuff, but I can understand that manufacturers also go for WW2 stuff and release Tigers and Panthers, but I still hope that they dare more cold war stuff. There is still demand in 1:35 for soft-skins (really would like to see Antar and Commander, the British tank transporters in plastic), but as said before, I would also like if someone makes a decent and correct early Leopard 1 in plastic. The situation for us modellers today is like a paradise. When Italeri released the Leopard 2, it was a bit disappointing. Today we have HobbyBoss, Revell's new kit plus MENG's 2A4, only to mention the ones with the bulky old turret. Beside these all kind of variants are on the market (even prototypes like the Tiger Model "Revolution 1 and Revolution 2", but still there is space for ARV's on that chassis and some of the available models are not up to today's standard. I learned that you only have to wait until the gaps are closed by modelling companies, but some will remain forever. But that's also the fun with our hobby.

Does anyone make any currently used flatcars? I can do a tank platoon at a railhead.

Panda already announced kits for the HMEE and the M8 AGS in 1/35
Hobby Boss already has the CV90 family of vehicles in 1/35
Revell already has 1/35 kit of the schutzenpanzer Puma in 1/35 (Trumpeter I think had the Puma listed as a future release).
I've been out of the loop for a while. Going on 5 years now since sitting at the workbench.
Takom do a VW Van and Hobbyboss does a Fennek too.

US M-56 Scorpion, M-53, M-55 spg, Ontos,

Agree with Challenger. What about a Covenanter? I know they were only used for training but they did make over a thousand of the things

I kind of wish that there would be more online reputable and honest hobby shops that are willing to buy back used and open complete and incomplete kits. I know that there are the forums and eBay to sell kits, but having an online store or reputable club to just bulk-sell kits to that one no longer wants or needs would be very helpful if they pay well and are willing to take practically anything. Even art universities doing this would be helpful to get "Out with the older kits and buy the newer kits."
I want my sold kits to go to experienced builders and painters who know what they're doing, not a 13-year old holding an XACTO knife and trying superglue for the first time without wearing gloves.
Such online stores existed years ago and they faded away as more and more hobby stores closed. I doubt thrift stores would do this...they rather take your kits for free.

As for the 1/35 AML 60/90 (Takom), there is plenty of room for Takom, and other manufacturers, to further produce the variants listed below, or, aftermarket resin conversion kits to rise to the top, for the same. Such as:
AML 60 HE60-7 60mm mortar and 2 x 12.7 mm machine guns .
AML 60 HE60-12 - 60mm mortar and 1 x 12.7 mm machine gun.
AML 60 HE60-20 - 60mm mortar and 1 x 20mm cannon.
AML 60-20 "Serval" - Serval turret by Hispano-Suiza.
AML 60 S530 - anti-aircraft version with 2 x 20mm cannons (Venezuela).
AML 90 "Lynx" - Hispano-Suiza turret with 1 x 90mm GIAT F1 main gun, nightvision and laser.
Eland 60 - South African production of AML 60 HE60-7.
Eland 90 - South African version of the AML 90 Lynx.
