Hey all,
Just getting back into hobby after 4 years and finishing up my 2 feet wet builds a 1/48 P51B and a 1/35 Academy PZ-IV.
But I have forgotten the decal process and ise/ order of using micro Sol/ set. Please help.

Blue bottle 1st,I think that's the Set
Red bottle Sol,only if needed to really snug them down.

So Future coat,decals, blue bottle then red bottle?, Future coat, wash, flat coat weathering. Is that right?

Yes,and you may or may not need the red depending on the decal and the surface.
