The work on the gun is great,that goes without saying. The wicker basket is the thing that caught my attention because that is the kind of stuff that excites me now. Very creative,out of the box thinking so you get a little item finished that no one else has ! Excellent!

Finally got back onto this, it has not been a great year for building but I made some time. Don't know if I will get it done this summer like I hoped. First, re-loading some pics lost due to PB's greed. The finished Morser:

And now, laying outthe dio. I made a form for the bunker out of stir sticks stealthily collected from Starbucks, cafes and work coffee station over the past year lol. I am hoping this will give an authentic representation of the wooden form used.



I will add a ceiling of stir sticks that will be cast into the sides of the bunker. Pics I have seem to show a wooden ceiling. I will add some gussets and supports to the sides so they don't collapse from the weight of the 'lightweight' hydrocal, which is still pretty heavy.

I also have to blank off the ends of the walls, I will not make a complete bunker.

I am glad to see you had some time to progress on this one. I think this will look great when finished as the gun already is excellent.
