Many did ...when they left the factory. They didn't remain in plain DG for very long though.

You can obviously paint it whatever colour you choose but what would be accurate depends on the vehicle you wish to depict, what comes in the box and what you want to change.
I would attempt to narrow this down but I can't find any reviews that actually contain useful information about what production date it represents to compare against my references and I don't have the kit myself.
However, the Tiger B didn't have that many major changes during its production run (once the Serienturm was fitted anyway) so it's not that hard to alter it to a different period. Main issue is likely to be whether you want to add Zimmerit, as the factory camouflage scheme appeared at around the same time as that was discontinued, so it's probably one or the other.
As always, the Jentz & Doyle book published by Schiffer is the bible.

I don't want to add any zimmerit,I have looked at Bison and star decals but the only one is Tiger 100 from the SS sPz.Abt 503 Berlin that comes close with only the turret with a green camo no side fenders and missing tow cables.

I wouldn't rely much on that artwork. All the SS503 wagons in Berlin were in factory applied 'ambush' scheme as widely seen on other late production Tiger Bs.
No Zimmerit though👍

Bottom of page 72 of "Panzer Colours III" shows just what you're asking about a Tiger II with DG only, no other colours.

Check out these camo schemes (providing they're accurate of course )...

Factory-applied camouflage began just before Zimmerit application ended, so you're stuck if you want a plan dark yellow King Tiger without the coating.

I agree with Gerald above. Many modelers fail to understand that the late war vehicles were mostly camouflaged in the 3 color scheme at the factory. Tiger 2, Panthers, Hetzers, Pz IVs, various Jagdpanzers.
If you want to have historical photographic evidence on your side, you should add red-brown and dark green in large swaths.
