MONOGRAM kitted this M29 WEASEL way back. I decided to build this vintage kit.

Hi Frederick,
I never built Monogram's Weasel myself, but I remember well admiring the "White Box" issue as a kid in the 70s... I thought that out of the box build on the cover was the ultimate in weathering (I tried to replicate the effect on another kit with real mud - not too successfully.) Thanks for this review!

Good review Fredrick. It brought back old memories and I remembered that I still have one in the stash which I was going to use in a dio of the Vossenack-Kommerscheidt trail, part of the battle for the Huertgen forest. A very narrow trail in the woods. Thanks for the reminder.

I have one from several years ago that I opted for using old Tamiya figures with. The scale is OK for 1/35th figures and I 'll use them with the Monogram Jeep and Gun and the M-34 "eager beaver" to round out a great collection.
