It doesn't look too pretty underneath but you aren't going to see it anyway.
Still need a little repair on the #N36 parts.

Does anyone know how they keep the center plow off the ground while traveling ?
Maby a chain across ?
Well I rescued this, it almost went into the trash.
I did loose a lot of pics. on the plow assembly though.
This will continue.

There are chains that go from the center plow sides to each of the outer plow sections. These support/lift the center section with the outer section. You can see them in red on the below pics.
Good view of them connected to the outer sections here.

Well I finally figured out how to do the fencing along the top of the mine plows.
The following is how I did it, there may be other ways but I couldn't think how.
I marked an 11mm. wide strip of wood at 6.5mm marks between them for 10 marks. Then cross marked them.
Then I taped a 1mm. wide strip of Brass down the center placing a bit of solder at each cross mark.
There are 9 uprights for each side of the plow. I bent the bottom 1.5mm. of each making shure the bent part on the ends faced inward.
The I soldered them to the strip lining then up with the angle marks.
The large uprights go to the outside.

Next I soldered some thin rod to the notches in the uprights.
Be shure to use a heat sink close to where you solder so everything doesn't come appart.
Repeat for the top. Trim and straten the fence, then repeat for the other side using the other angles marked on the stick.
You will have to cut a notch in the bottom run to clear the upright for the skid arm.

Next I super Glued the fence to the top of the plow, making shure the large end was to the outside with the fence leaning forward slightly.
I know it didn't come out really great looking, but the fences are finally done.
This sofar has been the hardest part of this kit.
Some pictures show a small chain here, and some a large one this is what I had at hand.
I need a rest now.

Hi,
I did the blade fencing differently cause i didn't have a solder.
First i placed he left blade against the picture of the fence in the instructions. I used super glue to glue the longest piece in the position corresponding to the picture and the angle as shown on the picture.
Next i glues the shortest into the corresponding position and in the angle as indicated.
next i used the 0.5mm plastic rod, cut to the corresponding sizes.
Once the two end supports are firm, i glued first the top crossbar, then the lower cross bar.
One the cross bars are set, i glued the other supports to the blade and the cross bars and let them set.
and viola.
For the other side, again i place the other blade on the picture to get the position marked.
when i glued them i attached them at a mirror angle from the first blade.
then i repeated the whole process.
This stage requires patience. make sure the end supports are firmly set before attaching the cross bars.
Then make sure the cross bars are set before attaching the intermediate supports.
Make sure all the parts are firmly set before attaching the dozer blade to the spine and assemble onto the plough.

Well I've finished a little bit more, I'm getting so tired of this kit.
I modified the spare track slightly, drilling out the connectors & adding a pin to the other end.
I added some Nuts to the spare road wheels, there's none there in the kit.
I'm adding all the little bits , Painting & adding some details.
The next posting will be when it's finished.
Regards.

One final bit of assembly.
The ends of the tow cables need to be drilled out to fit whatever cable you are using. There isn't any supplied with the kit.

This is all finished.
Also this isn't a kit that I would recommend for anyone but the most experienced modeler, especially with the mine plow.
The instructions aren't complete and although a tow cable is shown, none is supplied nor how long it should be.
There are other faults, you should read the build , these are the ones that I have found.
This is only my opinion, but if you really want one here it is.
Regards.
