Agrhhhhh... More of my money for Legend... By the way it figures: as soon as I finally bought the 3D printed TOW ITAS from Shapeways, Legend announce a beautiful resin one...

Yes! LOL Well Vodnik I agree. I am sure as you do, we all see the Shapeways purchase and now buying the Legends version as supporting the art and skills of talented folks like Peter Somafalov that make our hobby better. I am very excited and wishing all the best! Thanks to Legend, Peter, Pawel, Mario, and all who have worked so hard for so long to promote the many recent accurate and detailed products.

These 3D designed items prove that Legend and Peter S cooperation is getting stronger with each new release. I just hope we'll see even more extensive stuff for Humvee and MRAPs from the company.
Well done guys!

I see Legend going head-to-head with Live Resin here with HMMWV turrets and individual US weapons and equipment items. Am I correct in thinking that Mr Samofalov was previously associated with Live Resin?

Very excited!
Does the sight above not look different from the resin one? Is the sight in the kit a standard US Army unit?
Also, is it me or is the TOW in the kit look to be mounted too low. Appears that the backblast from the missile would blow off the rear hatch / armor.

All I know is the GPS (PADS) component is not part of the top of the missile sight in the photo, but there are others on this website that know more details than I do. The Legends offering come in parts that can be easily modified to more closely match what is seen in use today.

John, the rear elements of armor are meant to be folded down when the missile is fired. There is a great video of a TOW being fired from a Maxxpro where it blows some part of the vehicle off the roof as the middle leave the tube. It might be some sort of conduit or something. I've done a ton of research on the web and this model looks dead on. I bought most of these parts from Peter Samofalov from his Shapeways store. He did his research well.
