I posted some shots of this model a while ago, but since then I have added a figure, a tarp, and weathered it a bit further.
This is the old Tamiya KV-2 with a lot of extras added. I used Trakz roadwheels, Friulmodel drive sprockets, Eduard fenders, Eduard PE details, Armo barrel, Moskit exhausts, Modeling Artisan Mori resin bits (machine gun mounts and horn), and an MV lense for the headlight. The tool boxes on the fenders were scratch built using sheet plastic, sheet aluminum, and Eduard PE bits while the tarp was made from 2 part epoxy putty. The figure is my first attempt at a figure ever. He is made from a Tamiya figure with a Hornet head.

Adam,
Long time no see! Hey, you have done a nice KVII. It looks good to me.
By the way, Tamiya has just re-released KVII again and I found it on a local Hobby Shop.
Keep us post about your KVII.

Adam-- good to see you back! Superb workmanship as always. The figure is nicely done. Did you paint eyebrows and sockets or is it asll just flesh on the face? I can not tell from the photos.
Well done, Buddy.

Very nice Adam, appropriate additions.
I would, however, add some colour to the figure's lips and eyebrows.

Adam,
I'm not sure what it is that draws me to your vehicle, but I really like it. I usually have an eye for heavily weathered vehicles, but you have done an outstanding job with this one. It looks like it just rolled off the factory line and had a quick go-around outside.
I also like the casual pose of your tanker. Although like said earlier he is a little pale.
How did you finish your tracks? It appears as if you sanded off the paint to show the metal underneath?
Thanks for sharing.

That is correct. I painted them with a mix of 70% Humbrol dark earth 30% Humbrol black, sanded the highpoints down to show bare metal, and then gave them a number of washes with either raw or burnt umber (i can't remember which).

Great job, did you make the tow cable? It looks very real. The figure looks good as well.

Outstanding, especially the tracks. The KV and IS series tracks when done right are really a treat. Much more to look at than the T-34 series tracks.
Again, NICE!!
