The teeth on the kit sprockets are too thick and large.

I trimmed and sanded them down to fit the Track.

If you make an assembly jig it's a lot easier to get them together.

Make shure the Track is all of the same type, I had a sprue of the Merkava Track mixed in.

Since it's not adjustable I left a link out on top and jouned the track with some wire. It'll be hidden anyway, so no problem there.

I tried the track on the Meng Merkava kit and it fits, I don't know about the Hobby Boss kits.
I have to go to work now . We got about 5 inches of rain in a 3 hour period and now there is a lot of clean up
Regards.

I got one of these in my stash, I'm almost done with my current project, I just got to paint an then look for something I've never did before, I've always like the Maverick IDF main battle tanks.
Happy modelling

I have a little more done, there's too much going on here right now.
The kit doesn't have any periscopes , I carved down some from the spare parts box.

Some Bare Metal foil and a coat of a mix of Tamiya Clear Blue & Clear Green.

I didn't install the handles here, they get in the way of the storage bins.

I'm finished for now.

Nice work, I think the only thing stopping me is the ball and chain, I really wish someone would 3d print it.
Regarding the sprocket, I wonder if the Bitzkreig sprocket would fit the Wolfpack tracks better.

Donald, that really is a clean build. I think it's your best yet. I really like to follow along. Your clear photos really help to Tell the story of the build very well. I'm glad you're still at it! I also like that you do little weathering. I am looking forward to your next build.

Excellent detailed work! Maybe it's the pictures, but the color seems to be a little bit too light...

3d would be a good idea, if you could make them flexable .
They have to be able to move over the raised sections of the rear hull top.

I'm glad you like it Eric.
I don't like all that heavy weathering, from what I have seen most AFVs don't last all that long in combat.

what about antislip?
I didn't doo it, too many ity bity parts to go around.
To keep it in scale you would have to keep it about the same as 300 grit sand paper or finer.

I had to photo shop the pics. they were way too dark.
Hey I'm a lousy photographer.
Hey nobody is complaining about my spelling yet anyway.
